This is a complete step-by-step TikTok automation tutorial for beginners where I will show you exactly how to use AI to go from zero to over $10,000 a month without being on camera and without recording anything. In a nutshell, TikTok automation is about taking a business approach to this platform. Instead of recording videos and being the face of the show, you create faceless content that earns from ads, referral links, and sponsorships. You see, each TikTok consists of an idea, script, voiceover, edit, and title or caption. There are two options: You can either record these videos yourself, or you can use free AI tools to create faceless content and just focus on building the actual business.

That’s why we call it TikTok automation—because you don’t have to be involved in the content creation process. Instead, you use systems, processes, and AI tools to do the work for you while you’re focusing on running this as an actual business. To make things easier, I built a step-by-step checklist and a document that we will be following throughout this tutorial.
Accessing the Resources

Step 1: Choose a Niche
Step number one is to choose a niche. If you want to make changes to this document, all you need to do is click on file, click on “Make a copy,” and make a copy to your own account. This will allow you to edit the document and also check off each item on the checklist.
Step 2: Find Viral TikTok Accounts
In this section, I present 50 different niche ideas that I’ve collected and am constantly updating. If we open up one of these, you’ll see a person posting cat videos generated with AI, getting millions of views. On the other hand, we have accounts like “Learn Daily,” which has 400,000 followers and posts very simple videos that always get millions of views.
Step 3: Choosing a Channel Name
Now that I’ve chosen the niche, I proceed to step number two: choosing a channel name. You can click here to open up ChatGPT, which is free software. Paste the prompt from the document and insert your niche. It will recommend 10 different channel names. I decided on “Fatify” and will copy that channel name.
Step 4: Creating and Optimizing the TikTok Account
In order to make money from TikTok views, your channel needs to have at least 10,000 followers and 100,000 video views in the last 30 days. For some people, this can be really challenging, and since the creativity program is not available in all countries, I’ve included a link to the instant monetization service where you can get an instantly monetized account from anywhere in the world.
Step 5: Setting Up Your Profile
The next step is to create the actual TikTok account by going to TikTok.com, clicking on the sign-up button, and creating an account. Once created, you’ll want to go to your profile, click on “Edit Profile,” and paste your username.
Step 6: Creating Channel Branding
Next, we need to create channel branding. You can go to Canva and search for logo designs, or use Photopia to create a custom logo. Once created, you can upload it to your TikTok account.
Step 7: Optimize Your Profile Bio
For profile optimization, I created a prompt that you can copy and paste into ChatGPT. This will help you write a compelling bio that reflects your niche and brand.
Step 8: Finding Viral Video Ideas
Now, we need to find viral video ideas. You can go through my checklist, which I always use to make sure my TikToks have viral potential. There are also other options like going to YouTube Shorts and finding viral videos in your niche.
Step 9: Generating Scripts with AI
You can use ChatGPT to generate video scripts. For example, you can copy a script from a viral YouTube Short, input it into ChatGPT, and it will create a similar script on a related topic.
Step 10: Creating the Voiceover
Next, we need to generate a voiceover. I use 11 Labs, an AI tool with high-quality voiceovers. Paste the script here, and you can select different voiceovers, depending on your preference.
Step 11: Video Creation with AI Tools
You can use various AI tools, like one I’ve tested, to generate the full TikTok video. This tool adds captions, music, and voiceover for you, all you need to do is upload the video.
Step 12: Editing with Free AI Tools
If you prefer not to use expensive tools, you can use free tools like Leonardo AI and CapCut to create and edit your video.
Step 13: Monetizing Your TikTok
An additional way to make money from TikToks is to promote referral links in your bio. For example, you can promote offers from CPA marketplaces, where you get paid per email collected.
